Does anyone have any idea how to activate my voice recognition feature? I brought my car into the dealership for an inspection and the car came back with the voice recognition mode deactivated. Every time I hit the VR button, it says "voice recognition mode cancelled". Even the "help" button on the screen is not accessible - it's grayed out. Can anyone help me with this?
