Default 2001 Camry Cruise Control Issue

Hello Ladies & Gentlemen,
I just bought a 2001 Camry LE.
The issue is I cant get my cruise control to work.
Everytime i click that little button on top of the cruise control stick...the Green cruise control light comes on.
I know that means the cruise control is on.
But everytime i pull the little stick down to set the cruise control at a speed...its starts blinking.
Am i doing it wrong....or is there something wrong with my car's CC???????
Im sorry my car didnt come with a manual (damn used car dealerships !!!!!!!!!!) and none of my friends have a camry...
All responses would be monumentally appreciated !
Thanks
Viking

your fuse is blown. Pop the hood, find the fuse (probably in the big fusebox on the driver side).

Does anyone know what fuse this is? Is it a fuseable link, relay?

I am having a similar problem with my 98. I guess I will start by checking the fuse.
