So one day the battery’s dead go to charge it up and it’s good to go get out on the highway engine dies cranks no spark nothing the flashers work so the battery is not dead what could it be? I’ve replaced the Distributor cap and it is still cranking and no spark also there was a ice block in front of the radiator and water all over the engine bay When I popped the hood but took that out and now I’m getting a code for a oxygen sensor but that would not have killed the car would it? HELP

 

Check for trouble codes. On this year of car, these can be outputted without a scanner. The internet should have threads on doing this.

Make sure the distributor is getting 12v.at the white/red wire that powers the ign coil.

Check ign coil body for cracking.
