Default Antifreeze?

Hello All,

Can someone tell me if the 'new' pink top antifreeze is simply the old 'red' top antifreeze that has been pre-diluted?

I have an 05 Camry 3.0L but not sure if I should just dilute some 'red' top or go ahead and buy the pre-diluted 'pink' stuff.....

Thanks.....I can't seem to find an answer any place...

Red may be IAT for inorganic acid technology and pink OAT for organic acid technology PLUS pink premixed with water.

Thanks Toyo..... My owners manual calls for an Orangic Acid antifreeze so I guess it's red for me.....

Pink may be the new and improved = longer lasting product.

No...that link shows red having Orangic Acid while the pink has Sebacic Acid. My owners manual clearly lists Organic as the type to use.... This stuff can be so confusing at times.

Ops, at times I am just as confused as you so go with what info provided, LOL.

I have been trying to consolidate antifreeze types I use for years and now have it down to 2 types for 5 vehicles and pieces of equipment. If having to buy factory brand antifreeze I would have 5 different types. This gets old when needing to buy and store the stuff safely from young children.

Yeah....it's getting harder and harder to work on your own anymore..... I used to love doing it but it has become pretty much a pain today.
