Any Ideas what component this is, and why is there oil there?

Any Ideas what component this is, and why is there oil there?

Its a little bit underneath the ignition coils , the engine is 5s-FE 1999, any help would be greatly appreciated

Is that an engine motor mount? Some were hydraulic.
