Coolant top up

Hi,
I dont know the existing type of the coolant in my Car (Camry 2000 model).

Can I top up with 50/50 coolant if suppose the existing coolant type is 70/30 or something else?

Please clarify me.

You can always add more water, but you want to be careful the ratio of coolant isn't too high. So, if you just need to "top up," I'd just add distilled water.
