fair motor swap price opinions please...

Default fair motor swap price opinions please...
I am going to be doing a side job for a buddy of mine that owns a body shop. It involves swapping a motor from a 96 to a 93 camry. What would be a fair price to ask from him? Are there any specific difficulties in doing this job or thing to keep in mind? Any and all info will be greatly appreciated
