fuel line seized

has anyone had any sucess on swap a fuel pump out in a 95 camary when the fuel line is seized to the fuel tank module?ive tried rust penetrate and i cant budge it.any other ideas?

Sometimes only alternative is replace the fuel line. If you have an impact driver, put it in impact mode (no turning) and use it to apply vibration to the fitting. That may loosen it.
