Post Heating Camry 2005

I have Toyota Camry 2005 2.4 VVTi. This winter I have problem with inside heating. The temperature goes down from left to the right side. The warmest is on the left, almost cold on the right side. It is the same when AC is ON set also on max.
I already tried to change air directions (front, middle, down), close went hole, low / max heating.

Could be one of the doors in the duct system under the dash used to mix and direct hot and cold air has problem. They may be electric operated, bad motor, stuck door.
