High pitched noise
My 2002 Camry XLE engine has a high pitched noise that has been getting louder. The dealership lubricated and tightened the belts but that hasn’t helped much. It keeps getting worse. They said it COULD be a number of things but suggested I have them replace the alternator pulley bearing ($690 installed).They wouldn't guaranty this would fix the problem though.
Anyone else with this problem or suggestions on how to proceed?
