I do notice it feels like the motor rocks alil bit when reving my main concern is when moving the shifter will flop back and forth when shifting gears and accelerating and if i let off the throttle it flops

 

Manual shifter?

 

If the shifter moves a little bit when throttle is released or depressed, that is normal (manual tranny). Not normal at all if it is an automatic. You describe it as flopping which is not a good sign. i think you have other worn out mounts that flex so much that the most vulnerable mount takes the brunt. Hence why you are having to keep replacing the same mount.
