Hey Guys,
I replaced the spark plugs on my 2004 Camry 3.0 V-6. I was careful with all the hoses but who knows. It set a P0442 code, slight vacuum leak. Checked all the hoses and only found one not connected to anything. Problem is, there’s no where for it to connect. It’s secured in a “comb” so it can only reach so far and ther is nothing to connect to. Only thing I can think of is that it’s for a different engine option? Here’s a pic. Peak at your Camry and tell me where it goes. THANKS!
If possible determine where the other end of the hose goes to, such as under the car and back to the EVAP canister. P0442 being an EVAP code vacuum leak check areas leading to the engine air intake system.
There may be a sticker on the hood outlining the cars vacuum hose system.

No engine swap. I was hoping someone with a similar car could find this hose and tell me wher it goes. As I said it is short and I have radiused all the possible locations and find none. If someone has a similar car it would just take a few minutes to help me. Thanks
