Default OIL CHANGE - ADVICE PLZ

Hi ...

I was thinking what effect would my car get if I changed from the nomal 20 W50 Toyata oil that is been used in my 2.2L camry 5s-fe engine since it was bought back in 1997 into a fullyCenthatic oil that will make me drive 10,000 KM insted of 5,000 KM from the original one that is used.

In my opinion i was thinking to stick to the normal Toyota oil because it will help me to maintain & notify any problem in the car also in terms of $ i guess that i wont save alot as the fully centhatic oil is so expenssive compairing it to the normal.but i was woundring for whats is better for my car.

I also intend to flush the engine to remove the gummy oil in it ...

Ive had great luck with synthetic oils. Mobil 1, Q advance. all great oils. they cost more. but gas millage is noticeable. also, i noticed that it starts better, quieter and stronger and also runs cooler. but thats on a 4.0 SOHC explorer. but the camry has a blend, and will be getting fully synhetic soon. its all about prefences. I like the synthetic alot, and its worth the money, but if you get it, stick with the same viscosity.
