This is interesting! some dealer can't overcome this situation, Toyo is a guru on this field.

I went thru the system to to find out the coolant temp switch/cooling fan switch, Depending on who you talk too. Lol I replaced the switch and BOOM!!! Good to go. Pulled the overflow bottle out replaced the sensor. Started the car and let it warm up and the fan worked as normal.

Thanks for the help.
