Default overheating

My 1995 Camary v6 is over heating. The hoses are good, radiator is good, fans work. When it over heats the coolant/water squirts out from the overflow tank? How do I know if it could be the waterpump or thermostat? Would there be any other reasons why this is happening? Can someone help me with some solutions please

maybe it just need frequent water to reduce the over heating... all engines heat up it just need to be cool down to prevent overheat.

Under what conditions does the engine overheat?
