Default Shaking Tachometer needle at idle

Essentially I got this 1999 Toyota Camry Yesturday it has around 30K on it. I notice when I'm at full stop at a light or when the car just started. The Tachometer needle seems to shake or vibrate a little bit. I kind of feel a vibration in the brake pedal as well. I'm guess this is indicating vibration in the engine. Anybody has any input on this or knowledge.

idle problem.

could be a multitude of things, especially if it doesnt have a check engine light on.

you make have a loose vacuum hose or one with a small leak.
could be a slightly clogged fuel filter/air filter/idle air intake area
or the engine could be off balance ....and the list can go on.
