timing belt

Default timing belt

i need too replace my timing belt and i was wondering if anyone knows the difficulty level in doing it yourself? and if you can do you know how much it would cost me versus the dealer and where i can get a guide on how to do it. thanks

How easy something is is dependent on your actual skill level or experience working on cars. The 2.2L is a fairly simple job provided you know where to look for the timing marks. The V6 is even easier! If you have ANY doubt in your ability- have somebody qualified do it for you.
