Default [1991] Wheel Well Rust Removal advice needed (pics)

How do I go about removing/minimizing the rust developed around my two rear wheel wells?

If I decide to leave it as it is, what potential problems could I be looking at? (Besides the obvious rust area..growing )

best suggestion i can make is, go to the dealer, and get prices on quarter panels, then have a real body shop do the job. since you had to ask how to do it, you may not be able to handle such a job. figure about $800 and up.

i see, well the car itself was $1400, so thats not an option lol

if there is a possible fix for cheap, ill take it...it doesnt have to be pretty

is there a potential risk for mechanical/operating issues if the rust grows?
