Hello everyone! New member here,

the driver side of my 07 camry hybrid started blowing hot air. The passenger side is cold but not the driver side. I tried pulling off the blend door actuator hoping that was the problem but when I pushed the vent with my hand it didn't change so now I'm wondering if maybe it needs some refrigerant. I'm hoping that's the problem as I'm dreading what else it could be. Any thoughts?

 

Does the car have individual driver/passenger side climate controls?

 

yes the driver side is blowing hot air.

 

If your getting cold air on one side the AC should be working OK.

The system has a blend door for each side.
