Great, thanks for posting back with the details.
What dealer was this, perhaps others near the dealer might seek relieve there?
It appears some dealers are not interested in doing warranty work. They may be busy and can make more money from customers paying full retail prices for labor and parts. To them, warranty work cost them in lost profits.

Camry oil consumption
Got it serviced at Oakbrook Toyota. It was a no fuss resolution for me..but then again, I was clearly using more oil than normal... Been driving the car for the past day and have and it drives great. Still to early to tell oil consumption but I'll keep everyone posted.
