08 Camry Water Pump Pulley Rattling?
Okay folks,
I noticed the water pump pulley wobbling/rattling. Exactly the same as the below video from another user.

I figure its gotta be the water pump. So Im off to buy a new one.
Any input on whether this indeed is the culprit? I tightened the bolts on the pulley with no effect.
