Default 2000 Camry 4 cyl Cal emissions: Error Code: P1135..Help please.

Going crazy trouble shooting my CEL.

Vehicle: 2000 Camry, 4 cylinder, california emissions, 2.2L

Stored Code: 1135, while pending code is also 1135 and 1133.

I've had leaks in my exhaust and the following is what I've replaced in the last month:

1) entire exhaust assembly from below the converter all the way back to he tailpipe (resonator, catalytic converter, muffler, etc) all w/ Walker parts for toyota camry.
2) A/F sensor (bank 1 sensor 1) w/ an original toyota A/F - ~$200.00
3) downstream 02 sensor (bank 1 sensor 2) w/ Denso 02 sensor
4) drain and refill antifreeze.

The only thing I haven't yet done is replace the main coverter (that the A/F sensor screws into.

I have a ScanTool unit for my laptop and can check a lot of different parameters if someone might be able to tell me what else to check(????)

I have to believe the A/F sensor is good given I just replaced it with a toyota orig A/F..

Also kinda curious than I'm getting a stored code as P1135 and my scan tool also says its "pending".......

Any suggestions?????????

Is it possible that these codes could be due to a bad (front) converter?
