Default 2000 radiator replacement

Hi
I noticed the engine temp getting hot. I found coolent leaking from top of the radiator. I replaced the radiator. Now the fans only come on when the ac is on. The temp sensor that goes into the bottom of the radiator looked fine, but I have not tested it. Could it be a relay problem? Where is the relay located?
Thanks

With ign switch on remove the electrical plug from the temp sensor switch, the fans should turn on. If not there is a problem with the switch, wiring or relays. Start by checking the switch.

ya there is some problem i think, first check that the wiring and relays are in good condition or they are cut out, if any prob in wiring or relays solve it then no problem would be there....
