Default 2001 Camry- Headlight is out but DRL works

Daytime Running Lights are always on and working fine but as soon as the dashboard light is on automatically, the right headlight is out.

What could be wrong? Is the bulb out? Please do tell what steps I should take to diagnose/fix the problem. Is it complex to replace bulb by myself? Thank you.

Do the headlights work, high and low beam?

The high-beam works fine but I guess it's the low beam that does not work. The high-beam lights must be the same as DLR because these lights are on (auto) during the day. The non-working headlight tip is dark and discolored. I suspect it's the bulb is out. So how do I change the bulb? Thanks for responding to my posting.

Look behind the light fixture.

The bulb base twist locks into the the back of the light fixture.
