Battery Good and Hot in my 2002 Cambry, All dash lights come on when i try to crank it, but it say's NOTHING.......NO Sound..Someone ANYONE can you Help me

 

I had the same problem and all tests including bench testing the starter didn't reveal the cause. After screwing around with distractions like the security system, neutral safety swith, etc., it turns out the solenoid was shorted! The missed clues were: no clicking means the solenoid wasn't throwing the contact plate. Also, the dimming clock indicated a short somewhere (in the solinoid). The solinoid was also hot, but then again so was the engine.
