The rear edge of the moonroof on my 2003 SE is not aligned properly with the roof line. The glass and rubber gasket are down about a 1/4" instead of being flush with the roof. This results in a fair amout of wind noise at highway speeds. When I push up on the rear of the glass frominside the vehiclethe wind noise disappears. What adjustments, if any, can I do to fix the alignment?

Are you stating the frame is off, the window in the frame is off or both. The track bolts to the frame, you might be able to move things around a little. Send a PM with an email and will reply with some details, drawings, etc.

Look for Torx track screws that can be loosened to adjust the track and with this roof height.
