Check for 12V power at fuel pump wire harness. May be gray color for power and white/black for ground.

Checked fuel pressure. Consistent fuel pressure at the rail. Checked fuel pump. Voltage 12v.

I was able to start it and keep it running with starter fluid but soon as I stopped spraying it died.

So it seems I'm getting ignition. The fuel pressure never changed while the car was running off starter fluid. I'm feeling more and more it may be PCM related.

What was fuel pressure? Should be around 45 psi.

Use a NOID light to check for injector cycling.

You might download what data you need such as a wring diagram from:

TIS (toyota.com)

Fuel pressure around 45-50 while running. And when it shut off went to 41-43 and held and dropped maybe a couple psi over 30 minutes.

I didn't even know NOID lights exist!!

Good fuel pressure.

NOID is a clip-on device to a fuel injector to indicate if it is cycling on/off.

Research NOID on internet.

The engine has ign and will run on starter fluid. Fuel pressure but apparently no fuel into the cylinders. Perhaps injectors are not working.

Do you know which NOID clip will fit? I can't seem to find a toyota one. What size should I be looking for?

NOID lights are kind of universal. Get one that fits Denso as assumed Toyota used Denso.

Something like this but bought cheaper elsewhere.

Thanks!
Just tested it out today and found that it pulses when I start the car but then stops pulsing shortly after. I kept the car on with starter fluid.

Does the car have a security system or such. Could be car starts but computer doesn't recognize ign key and turns nejectors off. Try another key.

MAF sensor may be bad. Engine starts but bad MAF sends no air flow signal and ECU turns thinking engine is not running turn injectors off. Unplugging ECU can sometimes result in engine now continuing to run.

Crank or cam sensor. Engine starts on an ECU program then changes to crank/cam sensor which might be bad.

Trouble codes? ODBII, Toyota set or pending?

No security system. I've tried to reprogram the key to the ignition by jumping 4/13 pins to see if that was the problem. I've tried starting with both MAF in and off to see if it'll clear by reverting to base map.

Unplug ECU and start car?

I've checked crank sensor resistance and swapped it, no fix.

Trouble codes are all the p0351-p0354 and was getting new codes after running on starter fluid.

P0113, P2135, P0123, P0121, P0102(when I was starting with MAF unplugged).

I'm not sure what you mean by Toyota set. The keys? They are original keys if that's what you were asking.
