Are you using a service manual or such to get your component spec data?

Does the car have "Smart Key"

You had already tried unplugging the MAF sensor with no change.

Any vermin in the car to chew on wires? The coils have one common wire running to each coil-white with blue stripe.

Any large intake air leaks?

Ebay has a vendor that offers an ECU programmed to a cars VIN for $199.95. Bad ECU is rare. It not as easy as the old daya of just swapping ECUs.

Have you ever cleared all codes the start over to see which ones came back?

I checked online service manuals, but also checked the resistance against a new unit as well.

It does have a chipped key but I have already tested with two keys and also tried jumping with pins 4/13 to maybe relearn the key. I haven't cut up all the wiring to see if there's anything but the codes clear and I'm getting check engine light so I made the assumption that it has comms to the ECU for the errors.

It was at a shop that had trouble shoot for a while and "thinks" it's the ECM also but decided not to move forward with fixing it or continue diagnosing it.

Yeah, I have never crossed a bad ECM before and when they mentioned it could be a bad ECM I decided to trouble shoot as much as possible to make sure before spending $200.

I have cleared all codes and it came back with the same codes as well.

I have been working in tandem with a shop that has walked me through a bunch of testing to determine if it is the PCM as well.

The only thing I decided not to do was back probe to check resistance at the ECM harness to see if there's broken wiring.
