Our '09 TCH has DRL lamps that light whenever the car is turned on (day or night) but the low beams don't come on at night. Makes it dangerous to drive at night with very little light. High beams work fine. Both Low Beam fuses are OK. I've illuminated the round sensor in the top/middle of the dashboard with a lamp and the dashboard lighting gets dim and bright, so the sensor is working. Am I missing something obvious? Unlikely to be both bulb ground connections. Simply won't switch from DRL to Low Beams at night.

 

The DRL relay is built into a circuit board.

Find the light control module and check for loose or broken plug connections.
