Default 2010 Camry whinning sound

Hello forum, not new to the forum, but new to posting. I have a 2010 Camry 4 cylinder, 146k miles. Its a great car, has served me well, now it's my sons primary car. He started it today and got a whining sound that seemed to go with the idle of the car. We had the drive belt changed out at 140k and trans flush at 129k. I'm attaching a video we just shot. The sound seems to be coming from the belt side. I'm hoping it's something minor. Any help identifying the issue would be much appreciated before I take it into the shop. Update: I just went back under the hood started the car back up and noticed the sound was coming more so from the center where the exhaust comes out. I also noticed an exhaust smell.

Can't get the video to work?

Use a section of hose or such as a stethoscope.

Check water pump output shaft area. Alternator. Drive belt idler bearing.

If the car has hydraulic power steering check the fluid level.

Any loss of engine coolant as is leaking bad water pump?

Thank you, it appears to be the alternator, just need to find a place to change it. Appreciate the response and what to look for!
