90 Camry, battery drain, cigarette lighter fuse

90 Camry, battery drain, cigarette lighter fuse
1990 Camry drains battery if it sits a few days.
Checked current draw = 125ma (spec is <50ma I think)
Pulled fuses and discovered that it drops to 30ma when cigarette lighter fuse is removed.
My question - is anything else on that circuit? I didn't notice anything else not working after pulling the fuse. I don't have a wiring diagram, and can't find one to download online.
