Default '91 Camry windsheild wipers stopped working

Hello,

I have '91 Camry and my wipers no longer work. I noticed a 20 amp fuse was blown in the fuse box and replaced it, but the wipers do not work. The car sits outside, we had a major blizzard here a few days ago so I haven't checked to see if the cruise still works. The cruise and wipers are on the same control stalk.

Could it be the wiper motor? I had one go out on a Volvo. I have no idea where the wiper motor is located? Does anyone know how accessible it is?

Any help would be appreciated. I just replaced the clutch and throw out bearing and spent over $250 on car.

not for nothing but, if you live in a snowy climate which it sounds like you do you may want to check the bolts on the wipers them selves somtimes they come loose thus the motor turns the bolt but, the wiper arms don't move. I could also, be the wiper motor which i believe in the 91 is some where on the firewall.
