92 camry leaking from the bolt on the termostat
Please help I can't figure out how to get it to quite leaking from the bolt on the thermostat housing. It is leaking where the bolt goes into the engine block. Checked for any cracks or anything that would cause the leak and made sure to re clean the whole area and still leaking any ideas........

The water pump has a weep hole on the body where the drive shaft comes out. If this area is leaking the drive shaft seal is bad.
Sometimes the thermostat housing corrodes through allowing leakage.
The thermostat housing has a gasket between it and the water pump body.
There is a section of straight pipe that slides into the T-housing and is sealed by an O-ring. This O-ring can leak.

If the water pump is leaking it would be out the weep hole or front of the bearing. The seal on the shaft would be bad.
If no leaks rotate the drive shaft and check for smooth operation. Roughness indicates the bearing is bad.
As posted it is possible the O-ring between the short section of straight tube and T-stat housing is leaking. The T-stat housing is 2-piece.
Sometimes a loose hose clamp or small leak in the radiator hose is the problem.
The autozone website at www.autozone.com may have some drawings of the water pump and housing setup.
