Default 92 engine surge

i have a 92 camry v6 3vz-fe and abotu a few months ago i started noticing a lite surge i nthe engine just happenign when i was idling then it started getting worse to where the car would move if i didnt have the brake pedal down to the floor.i have 166000 miles on it but at about 150000 miles the engine was taken apart and reconditioned. new radiator was put it water pump all new filters all over wires everything pretty much brand new o nthe engine but still now i have a major surging problem to where not only when im from a idling position but when i acctually begin to accelerate it surges on my till about 20 mph/ or when it shifts out of 1st gear. it is an automatic transmission so idk if there r some sensors that have problems b/c reverse is perfectly fine but in drive it goes crazy. Also i can hear the vacuum noise very often coming from the passenger side. Just wondering what u guys may think is the problem any advice would be much appreciated

A surge in idle as in up and down or just a very high idle. Is it the same when engine hot and cold.

But no high idle in reverse.

When your fuel injection system is at a lower limit of TPI, it may explain why it is surging. Better check the resistance of the injectors. A leaky injector may not adequately allow fuel automization resulting to an inconsistent fuel delivery.
