Default 93 Toyota Camry Looses Anti-Freeze

Hello guys. I own a 93 Toyota Camry LE V6. I started to realize that air and anti-freeze always leak out of the overflow resevoir tube. How can this problem be fix?

I also had a incident were I was at Wendy's drive-thru and the overflow resevoir cap blew off.

Is this because my radiator cap not keeping the pressure?

If not, what can this be?

If air in the cooling system is blowing the top off the overflow bottle, you may have a blown head gasket.

The top blowing off the overflow bottle only happened once.

I don't think its the head gasket because there is no thick white smoke coming out my exhaust, my oil is not sluggish and my spark plugs is not white.

I only think air and anti-freeze is coming out of the overflow tube because my radiator is losing pressure and I think my radiator cap need to be replaced.

I just need some other opinions
