94 v6 idle not smooth and low vac

mild rough idle, upon accel runs fine...can't find a vac leak, vac is at 15, sprayed TB cleaner around all vac line connections etc, nothings....any ideas. thanks.

is there a way to bypass the egr valve to see if part open???

Unless VSV valve is stuck open, NO. The EGR valve may be plugged with carbon.
