DOES ALL 98 CAMRYS IN 98 COME FACTORY DIRECT WITH IM/WIPERS ? IF SO WHY WIPER WILL NOT WORK IN THAT POSITION WHY ?

 

I'mquite certain that all the LEs from that year have it. I believe it is standard, at least for LE trim.

It could be that the switch has just worn out (on the inside).

 

WHERE WOULD I FIND THE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMRNT FOR THIS SWITCH ?

 

You will need to remove the upper and lower covers behind the steering wheel to see the switch. To remove the switch console the steering wheel needs to come off.

Suggest getting a Haynes or Chilton service book or checking your local library.
