AC light is blinking

AC light is blinking

I have a '97 Camry and the other day my AC light has begun blinking and the cold air stops blowing, it also has a funny smell when this happens.

Does anyone happen to know what's wrong with it?

Let me look into my crystal ball.

Check belt tension and operation of A/C clutch as well as loose (?) wiring to clutch and pressure switch. After that you'll need to check pressures.
