all gauges, lights, power stuff quit working

Default all gauges, lights, power stuff quit working
Just all of a sudden quit. All my gauges, tail lights brake lights, power windows and locks, and windshield wipers all stopped working all of a sudden! Please help? Fuses are fine ???

Other electrical works? Not sure of how those ground, but you may have a ground wire lose. And when you say fuses are fine, you checked all in the fuse panel and all in the engine fuse block?
