Finally tracked down a "quality" 2007 V6 Toyota oil filter wrench. Thanks to the members of this fantastic forum who replied back with what they purchased/used I sourced a US made cast aluminum oil filter wrench which is far superior to what is stocked at the local auto parts stores. I've never been too happy with the stamped cap type wrenches but was resigned to the fact due to the location of the oil filter cannister housing the replacement oil filtering media a cp style wrench was the only way to go. Using the spec's I ordered via Amazon a Assenmacher model TOY640 oil filter wrench which is designed for the Camry/Avalon/Lexus family. Take a look below and tell me what you think?...yes, I am a certified tinkerer who loves quality tools.
