For all Camry model years- the cabin air filter is behind the glovebox. You'll need to lower the glove box to reach the access door for the cabin AF. To lower the glovebox door, remove the screw that holds the dampener to the glovebox and unhook the dampener so the door can move freely. There are 2 catches on each side of the glovebox door that limits how far the door can open. Push the sides of the glovebox inwards one at a time to allow the door to open past the catch. From there, the box will open wide and you can access the cabin filter.
