I have a 2004 camry with mechanical passenger front seat. It stays in the full recline position and won't come up. I tried muscling it forward but no luck. I have taken the seat out and left and right side plastic covers to see what is wrong and don't see anything. All the springs seems fine, just the seat release lever is not engaging and I don't feel any spring tension on it. This is driving me nuts. Please help if you can, thanks.
