Default Camry Woes

So on my last post, it wouldn't start after the engine was washed. Since then I have replaced the cap rotor plugs and sprayed every connector I could find with WD40, I have power to one side of the distributor,(2 wire connector) but still no spark??? All fuses seem to be okay. Is it possible something shorted out and fried an ignition component? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
