Default Clock, locks, dome light and fuse? Please sanity check me here....

Hello all,
I think I know what's wrong and how to fix it, but please sanity check me as may be needed:
Dome light's dead and replacing bulb didn't help. Clock keeps resetting to 1:00, and power locks won't work if the car's (99 Camry, 4cyl.) not on.
I've done some forum searching, and I'm thinking it's a fuse. I think I understand that a number of these car functions are on the same fuse.
Sound plausible? I've done other stuff on my car that seems more complicated than replacing a fuse (just replaced the starter a few weeks back), but I have never actually replaced a fuse before. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
John

Any other power equipment work such as seat, windows, moon roof, etc?

If nothing power works also check the Power fusible link.

Check the following fuses: Cig, Dome, Door, Gauge and Panel.

Fuse, fusible link and relay boxes are located in the engine compartment, drivers side inner fender. All fuses, etc should be labeled or the lid have the key.

There is also both a fuse and a relay box behind the dash, drivers side about where you left knee is. If there is an ash try in this area remove it and look behind.
