I have a engine(1mz) complete with engine harness & computer out of a 95 camry. & somone is sellin me a 95 camry with a blown 5sfe(2.2L 4cyl) pretty cheap. anyone know if i can simply just swap the engines & computers n be good to go?

I know ECMs do not match unless it's same engine and transmission. programmed differently.

 

The engine and trans will bolt in.

Differences radiator and axles.

The V6 had a different ODB system then the 4 cylinder. Make sure you get the complete V6 harness including wiring under the dash to the ODB plug plus the round Toyota plug.
