failed emissions
My 1991 Camry recently failed emissions twice.
I don't remember the numbers for the (HC) but the (CO) failed when run loaded. The first test resulted in a (CO) of 2.43 (STD) is 1.2. I changed plugs, oil & filter, air filter and O2 sensor, added bottle of Lucas Fuel system cleaner with about $10 woth of gas. Ran in on freeway on the way to tre-test and failed this time in both the (HC) and (CO) this second test the (HC) were 281 (STD) is 220, (CO) were 4.94 (STD) 1.2. The second test resulted in twice the (CO) readin unler a load than the first time. HELP!!!!!!!!
