Default Fuel pump no power, 98 Camry LE

98 Camry LE ...Is it true that low oil pressure can cause there to be no power getting to the fuel pump? My fuel pump has no power and Have low oil level in my car, (it was sitting and has an oil leak) I'm going to put oil in it, but I was wondering if this would cause me fuel pump to have no power....I have replaced the relay and the fuel pump.... Thakns for your help

No. Pump operation is not tied to oil pressure.

Are you sure the pump is not working? The pump will only operate when the engine is cranking over to start or when running. Not when the ign key is turned on.
