Default Headlight does not turn off automatically

Hello Friends,
I got a 95 camry. Its not got 150k miles on it and still runs great . Of course I have had some repairs over
the year ( blown Radiator, cv boots etc etc). But here is my current problem.
I headlight used to turn of automatically once I turn off the ignition and shut the door. But it doesn't do that anymore .
And as forgetful I am, I have had to jump start my car at least 20 times. I am very tired of it now.. And it becomes kinda embarassing if you seek your collegues help more than once.
What can I do to fix it ?

Thanks for your help in advance.

BTW any 95 camry fans out there ? I believe its one of the best camry's ever built.

Don't open the door before the key is removed from the lock cylinder.
