Well sorry for all of you who have had this issue before... probably not retroactive, but it looks like Toyota has decided to take the hit on this one and do the right thing.

http://pressroom.toyota.com/pr/tms/l...vt-154549.aspx

My 2007 Camry LE (V6, of course) started leaking 2 days ago while driving down the highway - pulled into the house 5 mins later and the entire bottom of the car soaked in oil. Was stuck over the holiday weekend but was towed this morning and is at the dealer now. Will update with the final wallet-hit...hopefully shouldn't be much with the LSC!

Cheers!

Update: dealer paid for everything - no charge for the repairs. They even towed it for free and offered to pay for a rental for the day they had it. Great service. Thanks Toyota of Ft. Worth!

As far as i know toyota has issued a recall for you v6 model on engine oil lines. Go to your dealer and ask about this recall. They sould peplace the appropriate lines for free. I would findout though if they replace the lines they want or the lines affected.
