I have to admit something and please don't chastise me...
I own a 2007 CH and I've done all the regular oil, tire, air filter maintenance but... that's all I've done. Well, I did have brake pads put on the rear wheels but that's it... OK, now I'm jinxed. With over 145,000 miles am I playing with fire by not having the radiator flushed or transmission oil changed? I do have mostly highway miles on it but I'm starting to think some other preventative maintenance needs to be done now...
Thanks for being kind... LOL...

Both of those definitely need to be done, but more important!!............ You've been rolling the dice without a timing belt change at that mileage. Recommended timing belt checks are every 60,000 miles and that's usually when they need changing.
Lose that belt while you're driving and............ I'm betting you know what rods are?
Ok, ok. I'm going to admit something. One fine day I detected a slight "hitch" when I accelerated. Sez I to the missus, "we'll check it at the next service". Sez she.......... Ohhhh no you won't. We're getting it checked now!"
Sez the service guy, "Geez, Mr. St.Marie! I was able to lift that belt off with my fingers! You came that close!!" sez he, holding his thumb and forefinger 1/2" apart!!
I was at 105,000 miles at that point.

You have a timing chain in your hybrid, not a belt. There should be no maintenance done on the timing chain unless something goes seriously wrong. You should change the tranny fluid, plugs, air filter, cabin filter, check front brakes (they tend to wear out quicker than rear), and coolant. At least that is what I can think of right now. I would also change the cabin air filter. This is not going to effect your car's reliability but will help your HVAC system efficiency. Could also help with any stinks when you turn on the A/C. At like $8 why not?
I obviously didn't understand what the CH means. I see CH and automatically think "Switzerland". No joke. My company is Swiss Products and I often speak the language on Skype with my distributors.
CH............ sheesh.......... I'm getting older than I think, and faster too!.
